Everything began with bread. Before Młodnik was created, three generations of bakers made bread in Panewniki. The restaurant grew from this craft, passed from father to son. Here we combine what we inherited, respect for ingredients and the patience of craftsmanship, with a contemporary approach to cuisine. Every detail, from the interior to the plate, has a reason.
